Tempting though the stamp tools, textures and novelty brushes in PhotoShop are they are never a substitute for good painting.

That said you haven't made a bad job of this...though the pylons look a little skew...like they are miniatures rather than the real thing!...and the greens look a bit intense for the lighting conditions...they should be more drab, reflecting the colours in the sky more.
